Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To start the returns process please read our policy below on the criteria for a return or refund and then contact us at contact@oaktraders.co.uk and we will advise you on the next steps depending on your situation.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return it from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened.

Damaged Items

From the date of delivery you MUST inform us of the damage by the end of the next working day. We cannot accept damaged goods if not declared by the end of the next working day.

You can swap your damaged packs FREE. Our driver will deliver your replacement packs and take the damaged packs on the same day.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment with us. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are welcome to either arrange for a courier to collect and deliver the items back to us or we can arrange for collection at a cost which will be determined by your location and quantity of flooring being returned, for this option please contact us at contact@oaktraders.co.uk. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and have arranged for us to collect the items from your location, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
